Terms & Conditions of Sale
Order Confirmation | Receipt of payment from customer constitutes full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions of Sale and confirms they have read, and agree to, all the Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Details, and No Return Policy, which are outlined here. On some orders, and larger orders, after customer places an order and pays for it, we will email to you an Order Confirmation as a PDF, which you must electronically sign and return, because it confirms everything about the order is correct, and no errors are made.
Shipping | Furniture ships unassembled, in boxes, on pallet, via full size semi-truck approx. 2-6 business days after payment received. Delivery approx. 2-7 business days after. We are not liable for freight company delays. Dates are not guaranteed.
Return Policy | We Do Not Accept Returns. We have a No Return Policy because office furniture is expensive to protectively pack, palletize, ship and deliver. And round-trip shipping costs and restocking fees would be extremely expensive for a customer. If customer wants to cancel order after shipment, or refuses delivery, or does not accept delivery, customer pays a 35% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs. And all items must be returned unused, unopened, and returned at the customer’s expense in the original unopened boxes. Return of any opened boxes will result in the customer being liable for the full purchase price of all items.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment | Orders may be canceled if not already shipped for a 10% cancellation fee.
Delivery | It is the customer’s responsibility to be prepared with appropriate help when the truck arrives. Freight companies charge for missed deliveries and re-deliveries, which the customer is responsible for. The shipping and delivery services already included in the price are to the customer’s curbside, parking lot, or loading dock. The customer is responsible for carrying their own boxes inside. The driver will park his truck and unload where he determines it is safe to do so.
Damage & Loss | Damaged or lost furniture will be replaced immediately, but the customer is required to follow delivery instructions. All boxes must be counted, and thoroughly inspected during delivery, while the driver waits. Customer required to document damaged boxes and/or missing boxes on the delivery receipt they sign and give back to the driver, take photos of damaged boxes and furniture, and notify us within 5 days to report any issues.
Measure | Measure area where items will be placed. We are not liable if furniture does not fit, is too large or too small.
Product Info | Photos, descriptions, measurements, colors, and finishes, are obtained from manufacturer, are estimates only and not precise. Manufacturer may slightly modify specifications and measurements without notice. Due to individual settings on computer monitors, colors and finishes may look different on actual product.
Box Info | Item numbers, names, codes, are proprietary to our database and may be different from manufacturer info on boxes.

Shipping Costs | Shipping is not free, but is already included (and built into) the price you pay.
Assembly Required | The office furniture ships unassembled and the customer is solely responsible for its assembly. We offer professional assembly services for an additional cost. Inquire to request a quote. If customer assembles the product themselves, we are not responsible for the sturdiness and stability of their assembly. If during assembly, or after assembly, customer requires assistance because they did not assemble correctly, or do not understand how to assemble, and we have to send a professional installer to fix any issues, the customer is responsible for the costs to send a professional installer.

Communication | Customers who have ordered, agree to receive any and all communications from us, our contracted Delivery/Shipping Companies, and Installers (if applicable), via messages, emails, phone calls, texts, etc., for all things regarding purchase, delivery, tracking, delivery instructions, appointment information, updates, replies to inquiries, replies to questions, product information, etc. All financial information is used solely for processing payment and not retained.
