SHIPPING COST
Delivery is already included with every purchase. The basic delivery included is to your curbside, parking lot, or loading dock.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Shipping is included within the U.S. 48 contiguous states only (which does not include Alaska, Hawaii). If you are interested in shipping to any other location, please contact us.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed and palletized within 24 hours of receiving payment. The furniture is usually picked up by the freight carrier within 2-4 business days after order is placed. Transit times are estimated from 2 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We provide tracking information and the freight carrier's contact information.
DELIVERY DAYS AND TIMES
The freight carrier will not call ahead. Once the freight arrives at the local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will deliver Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm. If you need a delivery appointment, please call the freight terminal.
HOW THE FURNITURE IS SHIPPED

Furniture ships unassembled, in boxes, on pallet(s).

Ships via full size, semi-trucks, with full length trailers.

Only smaller chair orders (6 or less) will ship in single boxes via small parcel carriers.
THE SEMI-TRUCK WILL UNLOAD WHERE IT CAN SAFELY FIT
Delivery is to curbside, parking lot, or loading dock. Wherever the semi-truck can safely fit and unload.
Customer is solely responsible for carrying their delivery inside their building. Be ready with the appropriate help needed.
FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Before signing the delivery receipt for the driver, and while the driver waits, the customer must:

Count all their boxes, and document any missing boxes.

Inspect all their boxes, and document any box damage, or actual item damage.

Customer must document the damaged boxes and/or missing boxes on the delivery receipt they sign and give back to the driver—called the ‘driver copy receipt.'

Take photos of damaged boxes and furniture, and report issues to us within 5 days of delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
It happens on very rare occasion. Simply document everything in writing, on the driver's copy receipt you will sign, and take photos of everything. Notify us of any issues within 5 days of delivery. Anything missing or damaged is replaced immediately.

FURNITURE REQUIRES ASSEMBLY
The office furniture ships unassembled and the customer is solely responsible for its assembly. We offer professional assembly services for an additional cost. Contact us to request a quote.
